From the very beginning, when we opened our Lacey dental practice, we envisioned a practice that was unlike any other. We removed all the "clinical" sights and smells, replacing them with a spa-like setting and services so our guests could relax and enjoy a well-deserved pampering while they get the dental care they need. We also recognized the need for "affordable luxury" and took great care to ensure that our prices remained competitive, and we are in-network with most of the major dental plans in the area.
We were thrilled to find that the community responded in droves to our comfortable, safe, compassionate care, and since we first opened our doors, we have opened two additional practices, one in Tumwater and one in Tacoma, so we can provide the same outstanding gentle dentistry to the entire South Sound. We never changed our philosophy, however, or the personalized care we provide.
We'd love to take a moment to introduce our team to you, and we hope to see you soon!
Dr. Lori Noga’s treatment philosophy encompasses health, function, and beauty. She believes that dentistry is more than just fixing teeth; it is putting overall health as the priority and building function and beauty from there. Teeth, after all, are a part of the human body! She understands that a great deal of trust must be allowed by the patients while undergoing care and treats each individual she sees as if they are her own family, providing the very best care possible.
Dr. Noga grew up in central New York and attended college at the University of Hartford, where she earned a business degree in actuarial science. She spent several years working in the insurance industry before deciding it wasn't the perfect fit for her personality. Upon realizing this, she quit her job as an actuary and was accepted by the prestigious Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she would earn her Doctorate of Dental Medicine.
During her four years in dental school, Dr. Noga was awarded several merit scholarships by Tufts University and received the Dr. & Mrs. Albert J. Kazi Award for Excellence in Crown and Bridge.
During dental school, Dr. Noga was awarded the prestigious Health Sciences Collegiate Scholarship by the United States Navy. In return, she served as an active duty general dentist and Navy Lieutenant for three years with the Marine Corp, stationed in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Because of the large population of the base, Dr. Noga was able to work alongside all types of dental specialists and gained vast amounts of knowledge and experience. She was honored to have a hand, albeit a small hand, in helping and treating the men and women who sacrifice so much to serve our country.
She's excited to now reside near another large military installation and have the privilege of treating the families of our great military members.
Dr. Noga feels it is imperative to continue the learning process throughout her career in order to keep current on materials and treatment options so that she can always provide the very best treatment. She actively seeks out continuing education classes offered locally, regionally, and through magazines and internet resources. She is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, American Academy of Cosmetic Orthodontics, and American Academy of General Dentistry.
In her free time, Dr. Noga is active in the community through various organizations. She also enjoys spending time exploring the Pacific Northwest and beyond with her husband, Colby, and her two sons, Cameron and Carter. She's a HUGE animal lover and has two dogs, Lucky and Delilah, and a cat, Kramer. She is excited to serve the Olympia, Lacey, Hawks Prairie, Dupont, and Tacoma communities and to care for you and your loved ones for years and years to come.
Dr. Colby Cockrell believes in customized treatment plans for each patient, not the one-size-fits-all approach that you may find elsewhere. He believes that dental treatment should be tailored to fit each individual patient’s needs, not to satisfy the dentist providing the treatment.
To that end, Dr. Cockrell’s treatment philosophy is not to “sell” patients on treatment, but to advise each patient as to their options for a given problem. He believes strongly in preventative and proactive care to avoid future (and often times more costly) problems.
Dr. Cockrell was born and raised in Olympia and has always called Western Washington home. After graduating from the University of Washington in 2003, he attended dental school at the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, where he graduated in 2008.
He worked for two years in North Carolina, practicing dentistry in the military town of Jacksonville before moving back home to Olympia in the spring of 2010.
Dr. Cockrell is an avid sports fan—if you didn't know the score of last night's game, you'll probably hear about it while you're in the office (Go Huskies!). He also enjoys golfing, skiing, and taking in the occasional rock concert.
Dr. Cockrell is married and has two sons, Cameron and Carter, as well as a cat and two dogs.

Savanna is a native of the beautiful PNW and graduated from South Puget Sound Community College in 2017 with an Associates in Arts degree, completing her prerequisites for hygiene school. Sarah graduated from Blinn College in Bryan, Texas, with an Associate in Applied Science degree in dental hygiene in 2009. She is passionate about dental hygiene and strongly believes in educating her patients to help them improve their oral health.
Sarah’s favorite part about being a dental hygienist is getting to meet so many awesome people. She loves getting to know her patients and forming great relationships with them. Sarah really enjoys being a part of the wonderful Tranquility Dental family and started working with Drs. Cockrell and Noga in 2011.
Sarah is a Washington native and grew up in Lacey. When she’s not working, Sarah enjoys being with her family. She and her husband have been married for almost 10 years and they have two young sons. They also have a couple of horses that keep them very busy!
Amy grew up in the amazing PNW, more specifically Gig Harbor, and is the youngest of three girls. She was raised with a deep passion and love for music, playing the piano since the age of five and she began singing shortly after. All throughout childhood, she had an intense desire for the stage: to share her love of music with anyone who would listen. After graduating from Peninsula High School, she was offered a job to perform on the Spirit of Puget Sound, a cruise ship out of Seattle. It was her dream come true! Sadly, shortly after the tragedy of September 11, 2001, the cruise ship was no longer able to continue service and she was let go. It was ultimately a blessing in disguise for her, however, as it allowed her to really focus on her career and passion for her love for dentistry! (Doesn't she have a great smile?!)
She graduated top in her class with an Associates of Science in Dental Hygiene from Clarke College in Vancouver, WA. She also received the National Honor Society Award for her academic excellence and was voted "most likely to become a dentist" by her peers! Shortly after graduating from Clark College, her love for learning continued to grow and she completed her Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene within one year, all while working full time as a dental hygienist!
Despite all of her professional success, she can easily say that she has been most blessed by having three beautiful children and meeting her wonderful husband. She absolutely loves Friday night "movie nights" with her family and the moments that really capture what life is about: watching her kids grow and develop a lifelong love for learning. Her family brings her the utmost happiness and at the end of the day, her desire to love and care for them is her motivation!
