From the very beginning, when we opened our Lacey dental practice, we envisioned a practice that was unlike any other. We removed all the "clinical" sights and smells, replacing them with a spa-like setting and services so our guests could relax and enjoy a well-deserved pampering while they get the dental care they need. We also recognized the need for "affordable luxury" and took great care to ensure that our prices remained competitive, and we are in-network with most of the major dental plans in the area.
We were thrilled to find that the community responded in droves to our comfortable, safe, compassionate care, and since we first opened our doors, we have opened two additional practices, one in Tumwater and one in Tacoma, so we can provide the same outstanding gentle dentistry to the entire South Sound. We never changed our philosophy, however, or the personalized care we provide.
We'd love to take a moment to introduce our team to you, and we hope to see you soon!
Dr. Lori Noga’s treatment philosophy encompasses health, function, and beauty. She believes that dentistry is more than just fixing teeth; it is putting overall health as the priority and building function and beauty from there. Teeth, after all, are a part of the human body! She understands that a great deal of trust must be allowed by the patients while undergoing care and treats each individual she sees as if they are her own family, providing the very best care possible.
Dr. Noga grew up in central New York and attended college at the University of Hartford, where she earned a business degree in actuarial science. She spent several years working in the insurance industry before deciding it wasn't the perfect fit for her personality. Upon realizing this, she quit her job as an actuary and was accepted by the prestigious Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she would earn her Doctorate of Dental Medicine.
During her four years in dental school, Dr. Noga was awarded several merit scholarships by Tufts University and received the Dr. & Mrs. Albert J. Kazi Award for Excellence in Crown and Bridge.
During dental school, Dr. Noga was awarded the prestigious Health Sciences Collegiate Scholarship by the United States Navy. In return, she served as an active duty general dentist and Navy Lieutenant for three years with the Marine Corp, stationed in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Because of the large population of the base, Dr. Noga was able to work alongside all types of dental specialists and gained vast amounts of knowledge and experience. She was honored to have a hand, albeit a small hand, in helping and treating the men and women who sacrifice so much to serve our country.
She's excited to now reside near another large military installation and have the privilege of treating the families of our great military members.
Dr. Noga feels it is imperative to continue the learning process throughout her career in order to keep current on materials and treatment options so that she can always provide the very best treatment. She actively seeks out continuing education classes offered locally, regionally, and through magazines and internet resources. She is a member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, American Academy of Cosmetic Orthodontics, and American Academy of General Dentistry.
In her free time, Dr. Noga is active in the community through various organizations. She also enjoys spending time exploring the Pacific Northwest and beyond with her husband, Colby, and her two sons, Cameron and Carter. She's a HUGE animal lover and has two dogs, Lucky and Delilah, and a cat, Kramer. She is excited to serve the Olympia, Lacey, Hawks Prairie, Dupont, and Tacoma communities and to care for you and your loved ones for years and years to come.
Dr. Colby Cockrell believes in customized treatment plans for each patient, not the one-size-fits-all approach that you may find elsewhere. He believes that dental treatment should be tailored to fit each individual patient’s needs, not to satisfy the dentist providing the treatment.
To that end, Dr. Cockrell’s treatment philosophy is not to “sell” patients on treatment, but to advise each patient as to their options for a given problem. He believes strongly in preventative and proactive care to avoid future (and often times more costly) problems.
Dr. Cockrell was born and raised in Olympia and has always called Western Washington home. After graduating from the University of Washington in 2003, he attended dental school at the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, where he graduated in 2008.
He worked for two years in North Carolina, practicing dentistry in the military town of Jacksonville before moving back home to Olympia in the spring of 2010.
Dr. Cockrell is an avid sports fan—if you didn't know the score of last night's game, you'll probably hear about it while you're in the office (Go Huskies!). He also enjoys golfing, skiing, and taking in the occasional rock concert.
Dr. Cockrell is married and has two sons, Cameron and Carter, as well as a cat and two dogs.
Wendi was born and raised in Thurston County and joins our team with experience in the medical industry. She enjoys helping each patient feel welcomed, relaxed, comfortable and positive about their experience with our office. Wendi always has a smile on her face and a positive outlook!
When she is not in the office, Wendi is a dance instructor and has traveled throughout the world. In her free time she loves being with her husband and two children.
Cindy began working in the dental field in 2001 after a career at a small-town newspaper. She truly wants our patients to feel comfortable and relaxed at each and every one of their appointments, and that includes alleviating any concerns about their pocketbooks! Your budget is Cindy’s budget; she will help you find the financing necessary to get you to excellent dental health. She will also help you through any of your insurance questions; if she doesn't know the answer, she will find it!
Cindy was raised in the Pacific Northwest and moved to Shelton with her wonderful husband, dog, and three cats in 2007 from the Washington coast after raising her three beautiful daughters. She loves adventuring with her camera and pastels around the Puget Sound area.
Tiffany was born in raised in the Pacific Northwest. She attended both the University of Washington and the Evergreen State College, where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science focused in biology and biochemistry. She began working at Tranquility Dental Wellness Center in July of 2016 as a Greeter. She has excelled with the company and moved to a position in finance.
When she's not at the office, she works part time as a K-12 substitute teacher in North Thurston Public School District. On the weekends, she enjoys sunshine, coffee, chocolate, and shopping.
Lisa wants to live in a world where the fear of the dentist is eliminated. She has found a team of like-minded professionals with Dr. Noga!
A well-experienced dental assistant, Lisa graduated from SPSCC Dental Assisting Program in 1997. She has loved her work over the years and has given back to the community through her work at the Olympia Union Gospel Mission Dental Clinic as well as mission work with a dental team in Mexico.

Sarah’s favorite part about being a dental hygienist is getting to meet so many awesome people. She loves getting to know her patients and forming great relationships with them. Sarah really enjoys being a part of the wonderful Tranquility Dental family and started working with Drs. Cockrell and Noga in 2011.
Sarah is a Washington native and grew up in Lacey. When she’s not working, Sarah enjoys being with her family. She and her husband have been married for almost 10 years and they have two young sons. They also have a couple of horses that keep them very busy!
