Yes. At Tranquility Dental Wellness Tacoma, we use your first visit to build a complete picture of your oral health and get to know you as a patient. We conduct a full exam with digital X-rays and intraoral imaging, and take the time to listen to what matters most to you. Depending on your gum health, we'll often complete a cleaning on the same visit.

Most PPO insurance plans cover your routine exams, prophylaxis cleanings, and X-rays with minimal co-pay or out-of-pocket. We will help you maximize your dental benefits at your appointment.

Your first visit at our Tacoma office typically runs 60 to 90 minutes. We use that time to complete your exam, take any necessary X-rays, discuss your dental health in detail, and make sure all your questions are answered before you head out.
